Having sold 4 houses in my life, i would like to say that selling with Phil from Crawford's Real Estate has been the best experience that i have had. He was honest with no bullshit marketing and sales pitch. The fees with them were low and my sold within a week. I would strong suggest Phil and Sarah from Crawford's if you want a stress free experience in selling your house. Other real estates need to take a leaf from their book on how to deal with potential sellers, thank you
