We chose Phil as a result weeks of scouring the internet for reviews, number of properties sold in our area and local knowledge. Our property is in a unique location and some may be put off at first glance but on inspection it proves more than worthy of serious consideration. In the weeks from when we first spoke to Phil to being ready for our first open house, a number of other similar properties sprung up in the same area, configuration and price range. So we were resolved to a lengthy time on the market and potentially discounting our asking price to get it over the line. Nope! Phil snagged 2 strong bidders on day 3 and rode the winner over the line in the first week for the top figure in our buyers guide!
