Jordan was a pleasure to deal with: responsive, helpful and approachable. I feel she was an excellent liaison between us and the owners, promptly relaying minor but nice to do requests from us (e.g. plant some trees, have a cat), arranging routine issues (inspections, fire alarm installation) and handling urgent issues (plumbing / sewerage outtage). She was also very communicative and practical with advising me on the terms of the lease and arranging to vacate which is such a stressful time. We are both missing the excellent service we had now we are both in new places with different agents. On the whole dealing with Crawford was excellent: well organised, professional and friendly - which is rare in real estate if I may say. I recommend Crawford at all opportunities, have already done a google review, and hope one day to buy through you.
